• A link won't process. Usually caused by a private or deleted video — send us the link and, if you can, confirm whether the video still plays when you open it directly on TikTok.
• The downloaded file looks wrong. Wrong thumbnail, missing audio, or a file that won't open — these are rare, but worth reporting with the approximate time you tried it.
• A feature suggestion. If there's something TikTapy doesn't do yet that you think it should, we read every suggestion even if we can't reply to each one individually.
