What the service does

TikTapy lets you paste a public TikTok video link and receive a downloadable video or audio file, free of charge, with the TikTok watermark overlay removed. The service is provided "as is," without guaranteed uptime or availability.

Acceptable use

• Only download content you have the right to use, or content intended for personal, non-commercial use.
• Credit the original creator when you share or repost downloaded content elsewhere.
• Don't use TikTapy to download private, age-restricted, or otherwise non-public content.
• Don't use automated tools to send excessive or abusive requests to the service.

TikTapy doesn't host, own, or claim rights to the videos it helps you download — that content belongs to its original creators and to TikTok. You're responsible for how you use anything you download.

No affiliation

TikTapy is an independent, unaffiliated tool. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TikTapy isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including issues caused by content you download.

Age requirement

TikTapy is intended for users 13 and older. By using the service, you confirm you meet this minimum age, or that you have a parent or guardian's permission to use it.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep TikTapy available and working reliably, but the underlying processing depends on TikTok's own site remaining accessible in its current form. We're not responsible for downtime, errors, or unavailability caused by changes on TikTok's side that are outside our control.

Advertising

TikTapy may display advertising, including through third-party ad networks, to support the cost of running the service free of charge. Ads are kept visually separated from the download flow, and we don't control the specific content of ads served by third-party networks.

Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the service for anyone found to be abusing it — for example, through automated bulk scraping or attempts to disrupt the service for other users.
